THEY ARE FiLTHY ROACH iNFESTED YOUR MAiLBOXES GET BROKEN iNTO!!!!!!!!! SiNCE iVE LiVED HER MiNE HAS BEEN BROKEN 4TiMES!!!!!!!! THE COPS ARE ALWAYS HERE PPL SELLiNG DRUGS FiGHTiNG!!! YOU SMELL THE NASTY RECLAiMED WATER BECAUSE EVERYNiGHT WATER iS JUST RUNNiNG THROUGH THE STREETS!!!!!!!! iM LOOKiNG FOR A NEW PLACE TO MOVE NOW!!! THE ONLY GOOD THiNG iS iF YOU GiVE 30DAY NOTiCE YOU CAN MOVE OUT WHENEVER!!! THANK GOD!!!iF YOU LOOK HERE AND THiNK ABOUT MOViNG iN DONT THE APARTMENTS LOOK SOOOO CLEAN AND NiCE AND THEN A WEEK LATER BLACK STAiNS APPEAR FROM THE CARPET AND FUNNY SMELLS START COMiNG OUT OF THE PiPES!!! YOUR WATER PRESSURE COMES AND GOES!!! THE FLOORS ARE UNEVEN THEY GHETTO RiG EVERYTHiNG LiKE MY SCREENED iN PORCH THEY STAPLED iT FROM THE iNSTEAD OF THE PORCH iNSTEAD OF THE OUTSIDE SO LEAVES AND ALL KiNDS OF ---- COME BLOWiNG iN AND CAN YOU SWEEP iT OUT NOW!!!! CAUSE SOME GENiUS DiDNT LEAVE A LiTTLE AREA FOR YOU TO SWEEP STUFF OFF OUT OF!!! JUST TAKE MY ADViCE AND DONT EVEN CONSiDER LOOKiNG THE PRiCE iS AMAZiNG BUT NOT FOR WHAT YOU GET!!!! YUCK!!!! Um....I think you are talking about another apartment community. Your description sounds nothing at all like Waters Edge. It is very clean and quiet. No bugs in my apartment. As far as I know, everyone who works at the community speaks fluent English. The entire staff is very friendly and have always assisted us whenever we needed anything. My family and the neighbors in my building have been here for years. Waters Edge is a very nice community to live in. The only people I see out in the parking lots are families walking within the community for exercise or playing with their children. We are very happy here and intend to stay for many years to come. Are you sure you did not get Waters Edge mixed up with another community? Your description of where you live does not sound anything like the community of Waters Edge. I think you must be mistaken. In my opinion Waters Edge is one of the best apartment communities that I have ever lived at.

You are definately talking about a different Water's Edge... That sounds NOTHING like the community. It is very nice, evryone keeps to themselves ans as for ppl selling drugs and stuff, I lived in the ghetto (Sulpher Springs) and if they were selling drugs I would know it. I have NEVER seen the police here, not even once, so WTF are you talking about. AND clean ppl dont have roaches. Nuff said! PS Town and Country has alot of ---------, you should have asked somone.
