The apartments are small, the leasing staff don't help you if you speak english. They keep changing people in the office. New faces all the time. Children playing and yelling at all times of the night. No parking lot attendent. Very dark parking lots. Rude neighbors. But seems to welcome loud music, speeding cars, and unattended children! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
