I lived there for a year and a half and after the new management took over the apartments have gone down the drain. No more lawn maintenance & most of them don't speak english at all. No one has their licencse & they don't know what they're doing anyway! They allow the contractors (painters and so forth) live in the vacant apartments rent free. Drug dealings and gang members now flood those apartments and the management are the people who are allowing this. They leave the rent monies by an open window for anyone to take and have access to. Many people's apartments have been broken into and nothing has been done because the management has allowed it. I have seen it with my own eyes. They also let people in your apartment with out letting you know who they are or what they are doing there. I came home one day to a big hole in my wall because they were installing smoke dectors. I don't know why since there was already 3 in the 1br/1ba apt. That never made sense to me but now it does since the management is assisting in stealing the tenant's belongings. Do not trust or beleive Miriam Vidal! She will lie to you as she has already done to the police! Do not give your money to these people and if you are smart, you will look other places!
