While the Gable in West Park is outwardly attractive, the management staff is totally incompetent. We have voiced genuine complaints. Their response is to shed responsibility altogether. They have no interest in security. Maintenance orders take forever to get through. The staff is rude and can not address clients on an individual basis. Renters are lunked into one box and all responses are "canned replies". Many renters have dogs and despite the "doggy stations", there are numerous piles of #&*@ everywhere. The managment is uninterested. Thre is no security for the 675 /- units. We have called the police on a few occassions over noise complaints and to break up fights. . Our vehicle was vandalised while parked in our carport. The pools have no working locks and is therefore open to any trailer trash that finds its way into the "hood". My neighbours have a wall that is continually wet on the inside of the apartment. The walls are paper thin so noise carries. Look elsewhere !
