We have lived at West park Village for 9 months to be awaken by the train that passes through the community every morning 2am then just as you get back to sleep there is alot of construction going on around the village and the you are woken again at 6am. Not fun on a Saturday or Sunday morning to be woken at 6am. Watch you patio furniture as well, we have experienced 2 thefts of our personal belongings. They will show you the pool and clubhouse beware the club house locks shut at 5pm everyday therefore the movie rental and kids play area is off limits during the times when you need it the most. The biggest turnoff has been all the cars that park along the street and the noise created by residents hanging at their cars talking on cellphones or a group of people converge under your window yelling curse words at each other. This is a every weekend occurence. Don't think they are going to do any maintenace either, they will gladly give you a new filter and send you on your way to change it yourself. The management does not have time for you after the move in and avoids any phone calls or letters that are made to the office.
