For an apartment community it is great! West Park hosts a higher class of apartment renters, mostly families building or single professionals, hence prices. Great features such as, parks around every block for kids and dogs to play, resort style pool, grilling stations at pool and courtyards, doggie poop stations, the list goes on. Of course you??ll hear your neighbor from time to time, or can??t find parking, it is an apartment! Buy a house if you can??t take it! My only issue is with the maintenance; unreliable, rude, and do not complete the job. I have complained to the office about it and learned the guy I was having repeat issues with is no longer with the company. I do recommend West Park Village for leasing; it??s a community not just another apartment.
