I moved in Gables at Westchase May of 2005, in June of 2005 my car was broken into in the 'safe' parking area & $10,000 seats were stolen. Then in December a new management company bought them out & it has been awful ever since! The pool has had 12 (now 10) chairs at it since JANUARY 2006, I have called 3 times a week every week to which I'm told they've been ordered, well last week when I called (because you have to lay out on teh ground if you attempt to lay out) that they'll be here in 60-90 days, I responded, so in the heat of July you plan on having them' Who do you expect to lay out then' And you've known since JANUARY. Needless to say the 'business center' and 'clubhouse' have not been in working order even one time since I moved in almost a year ago. Management is awful, rude, property needs major maintance, looks good from outside but apartments made cheap, window fall out all the time, cabinet doors, etc.
