I must admit I live in the most beautiful apartment community in Tampa, FL. I would rate the leasing experience as one of the best ever. But the buck stops there!! Once they have you as a resident they do a complete 180!! The girls in the office NEVER return your calls. You always feel like you are annoying them, even though we are paying anywhere from $900 - $1800 dollars a month to live there, I want to feel their smiles through the phone for that amount of money. It would just be really nice to know that your concernes are genuinely felt by those young ladies in the office. I didn't write to bash you guys but why aren't you concerned with what your residents think of you. Not all complaining residents are late-payers. I think the ones who take the time to write their concerns are the ones who are paying on time, every month. I can tell you although I love my place, I will will NOT renew, and just so you know that decision is based SOLELY on the management staff. I will say this KUDOS to the maintenance. The nicest bunch of guys in the world. And I hate to tell you this management. They are the ones that make you look good!!!

Exactly, i am a paying "on time" resident who is very upset with the behaviors of the office staff. Never had an issue before because I never dealt with them other than when I moved in and there was only one girl working that day who was swamped. But after more contact and dealing with the office, I realized the complaints on this board are very justified! Hire some professional ladies with class who are there to work not act like high school kids! Seems new management needs to step it up along with the new owners and control its employees.
