I'm moving to WPV in a short while and I can't wait. Honestly, if the only thing you can think of to complain about is a lack of pool chairs, than things can't really be that bad! I met with the office staff the other day and they were the nicest people I've dealt with from any apartment community in Tampa. Did anyone ever stop to think that maybe their own attitude towards the staff (perhaps because there aren't enough pool chairs for you) is causing a negative response' If you don't love the area and community as much as I do then do everyone else there a favor and find somewhere else to live!

Its very sad to live in a community you really do like and be frauded by a smiling facade of office girls. They seemed nice to me until one day I went in and they were discussing personal lives of tenants with other tenants, very negative and personal things. Glad your opinion of the staff was friendly as was mine initially, until my neighbors started to talk and fill me in on the office staff issues. Then a run in with them of my own changed my whole "friendly office staff" opinion. Your moving in as you stated, dont they get a sales commission?? They are gonna be nice until you sign the lease and from my experience talk about you on the way out the door!!!
