I have lived here for over 3 years. I was so excited that first year, after signing the lease. The place was still gorgeous (has kind of gone to pot now), and no one lived back in phase 2 so we had all the parking anyone could wish for.
I was told they would be getting bicyles you could sign out to ride around on, not. Said you would be getting free passes if we resigned our lease for either Sea World, Busch Gardens or Adventure Island-we resigned, nothing. Now our lease was supposed to be up at the end of Feb. They put a note on the door just this past week saying they were raising our rent by $149 a month and if we wanted to move we had to give 60 days notice- well the note wasn't put on the door 60 days prior to end of lease!
They said it was just a courtesy, well if we knew how much our rent would be raised we would not have resigned. It is just a 2 bedroom flat and not worth the almost 1,200 we are going to be paying- could have a 3 bedroom somewhere else for that amount.
