You know, we went in thinking that you get what you pay for. It was so nice at first then after they have you, it goes downhill fast. The girls in the office are rude and the parking is a nightmare. Since the office is on our side, the office people all park in the limited spots that are for the tenants and you end up driving around for a long time trying to find a spot. You realize there are certain days and times where you just do not leave or you will not have a spot-try that with having two babies or a car full of groceries.....FRUSTRATING!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I dont understand why people come on this website and say nasty things. The girls in the office are doing their job, and I have never had a bad expereince here. As for no parking by the office, if you live by the office you have a garage attached to your apartment so how do you not have parking. If you are using your garage for storage then that is your problem. We have a 24hr fitness center now, someone to fix any problem we have and a great pool. As for people complaining about late fees and their rent not being received give me a break maybe if you actually pay your rent on time you wouldnt have late fees.

Okay...you have no clue what you are talking about. There are about 20 apartments by the office WITHOUT garages. And also, I DID pay it on time, they LOST it. You might want to take some reading lessons. I also find it funny how you posted as anonymous, so I am sure you are either someone from the office or someone who has no clue how that place works yet. I lived there for 2 years (for the neighborhood) and believe me, you know nothing!!!! I had called with questions about the apartment and was treated like nothing. I walked in there once to drop my rent off and ALL of the girls were sitting in the same room, talking and it took them 5...yes 5 minutes to even acknowledge me. I made attempts to get there attention and was ignored. Don't even start "anonymous" cause you have no flipping clue!
