I have complained to management six times due to the amount of cigarette butts, vomit, and beer cans from the upstairs neighbors. I have had things stolen from my porch, also complained to management about that and they said "it was just a prank" and refused to take my complaint. There is an underage drinking party every weekend and I have reason to believe my neighbors are drug dealers and strippers. There are abandoned cars in the parking lots and trash in all the bushes.

The building construction is so poorly insulated that you can hear your neighbors (upstairs and nextdoor) use the toilet. Parking is a nightmare, you are lucky to get a spot within 50 yards unless you get home (and stay home!) by 7pm. The entire complex is overrun with punk kids aged 18-22.
