Where do I start:

Horrible office staff- they have no idea what customer service means...oh and good luck trying to find the office manager. I was once told that the manger won't take phone calls or deal with issues. This was by a member of the staff!

The pool area is a joke- it looks pretty at first but take a real good look around. Notice there are a total of 5 lawn chairs and they're all damaged! Hope you like obnoxius teens jumping off a high bridge into shallow water...extremely relaxing.

Good Luck trying to move out without having to pay any fees...don't worry they'll fine you for something and you'll never see your deposit again! FYI- if you put down a pet deposit that's basically to have a pet, it doesn't cover damage.

My neighbors pipe broke twice and damaged furniture in my garage. The office staff told me to sue my neighbor-they never bothered to fix the problem! Next time it happened sewaged actually backed up into the sink. Nothing beats washing dishes in a sink that has been filled with the neigbor's sewage!

Please don't let the trendy shops fool you; this place is an overpriced ghetto!

WOW! I love it when I take a dump and it comes up in my sink. Someone should call the health department about that one. I can't believed you lived there after that!
