They just want to rip you off and are ridiculous to talk to. Maintenance takes SO long to correct the numerous problems you WILL have with dirt carpet, broken faucets, and cracked ceiling mold. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I agree 100% - the quaint village feeel is outweighed by the horribly incompetent management company.
The leasing company staff are extremely rude and very incompetent. They smile to your face and then do nothing to solve your problems.
It is a shame because this place has so much potential, but dealing with the horrible, disgusting, lazy leasing staff is not worth it.
The manager is terrible, she hides in her office and does not deal with any issues... what is she getting paid for....
Run, don't walk from this place...............
