i dont have a number, but i agree, they will do anything they can to not remind you when your lease is up so you have to stay longer, and also not tell you that you have late fees accruing. one time i had to pay a fee that i wasnt even made aware of until it kept racking up new fees on top, and when i went to turn in the money order, i was told it had to be for $10 more because it had accrued more interest from that same day... i had to go get ANOTHER money order and turn it in that same day or else i owed even more. TOTAL CON ARTISTS!
