We just moved out of there last month. I agree with everything you say, it was overall a very disappointing experience. You are absolutely right about the pool! My husband went down there one day by himself and was totally interrogated by the security guard. He was so uncomfortable he left the pool and we never again went there for the next ten months of our lease.

I've always found it interesting that they had a security guard at the pool, but no one around to patrol for the MANY drunks who walked around after they left the bars at night. Or a security guard around to stop the neigborhood punks, the "SK8 Mafia" from spraypainting WPV signs or knocking down lamposts. (Or when the lights outside your apartment were out for weeks at a time, even though you called and reported this safety concern) Or even a security guard to stop the MANY solicitors who put reams of advertisements in your door, on your car, or even just loose on the sidewalks and in the bushes.

But at least the pool was safe ...

Yep, this pretty much sums up my horrible experience there too. You hit it on the head! I HATE that place, it was the worst respect from management, and the biggets rip off I've ever experienced. Well said.

I agree with both of you having moved out of there myself 6 months ago. The person that posted a comment that someone looking to move here should not look at these negative reviews is crazy!! We are renting now at a wonderful place with a fabulous management team...same day maintenance repairs, well kept and a stickler about keeping it that way which is a good thing. The two people you mention in your posting are exactly the people that should not be managing this property...There are 2 people though who I believe actually do care somewhat...so they should be working somewhere else!!

The solicitations do drive me crazy! If only these businesses knew that the residents get so sick of these flyers that they immediately dispose of them without reading them.
