This place *looks* nice initially- try living here. The construction of the units are poor, A/C system none-stop running trying to keep up with the heat outside, good luck trying to use your own pool, parking issues, maintenance issues, staff issues, and noise issues!

Sure- this is a great area in in Tampa where the average home is "above average". These apartments are poorly built and you can see they used the cheapest cabinets, appliances and poor lighting within the apartments. You can hear your neighbors every movement so be ready for that (and I live on the top floor!). Every time I have a maintenance request it takes FOREVER for them to fix it (including my most recent visit where they told me they had to go buy a part and would have it the next day... still waiting over a week later for that part they have to "go buy" with no update.

They do not have enough parking spots for everyone- not even half! Street parking is required; and dangerous.

The staff will do everything within their power to get you to rent- once you sign that lease they become animals!

THE POOL: This place only has one amenity to offer its residents; a decent looking pool. That's right, no tennis courts, no gym, no laundry room, no valet garbage, no car wash, no basketball, no open club house, and no great views! GOOD LUCK GOING TO THE POOL!!! Every time you go to the pool you will be interrogated by a security guard who can never seem to find your name on the list- therefor DENYING you access to YOUR OWN FREAKN POOL!! Once you get in you better just sit on your chair and shut up, or stay still in the pool; security will yell at you if you are having fun- it isn't allowed.

Overall the location is great- everything else is BAD!

There are tennis courts on the west end of the complex, near the tunnel! There is a car wash (granted just a hose) on West Park Village Dr.
