I moved in to West Park Village Apts 2 years ago with a friend. It is a cute townhouse set up for an apartment. I lived over the stores. The noise from the Oak Room at night was annoying enough to keep you up at night when the bar let out. Parking was an issue if you got home between 5-8, sometimes you have to park on a side street. The people from maintance were nice and actually fixed the things you needed fixing, just not in a timely manner. Sometimes we would have to call them back becasue the issue was never resolved or it was poor quality work. The window in the living room closed by itself oneday and shattered. They fixed the window but left it so it doesn't close all the way.
The management in the office must take a class on how to be rude to renters because I have only run into one nice person there. --------was "helping" me with an issue with getting information faxed and decided to take her lunch break in the middle of "helping" me. I had to have another leasing specialist take over becasue she just walked out.

On the good side, the location is great. Walking distance to lots of good shops and food places, not to mention the World of Beer. The walls must be thicker if you live above the stores becasue I never had an issue where I could hear my neighbors talking.
