I've lived in West Park Village apartments for four years and I've finally reached the peak of my frustration. I've contacted the office six times over the past two months about a clogged exterior drain. Even with a small amount of rain, the sidewalk leading to my front door is flooded. Making matters worse, the water lays on the pavers and creates mildew. Once the water recedes, the mildew is slippery. I've cautioned the office about this repeatedly and while the staff has been professional (and even friendly), the matter is still unresolved. To exacerbate the matter, my rent is $1,995 per month.

To quote Bill Joel . . . "I'm moving out"

Amen! you are the lucky one!!!! i will be breaking my lease soon, as they mail you a complaint letter if you are one day late on yor rent, but then don't answer maint. calls, don't help you out with any requests, and are RUDE for old women who might have used to be hot but have since faded majorly!
