It is hard to find a property comparable to West Park Village. The location is incredible convenient to everything, beauty of the property and most of residents are young professionals. World of Beer, and the oak room are just down the street and there are some great restaurants near by.
However, mixed within this oasis is the "Property Management". Do not take anything said to you as the truth and verify any and all information present by them. The property management company employs what I would determine to be deceptive practices to fill apartments and town homes. The contract is exactly what you will be held to. Do not listen to anything the staff may tell you, if it is not in the contract it is not applicable.
Basically, this is a great community, sure it has its typical problems with teenagers, break-ins, vandalism, but all communities have these problems. Where it differs is the property management. I strongly suggest you weigh other options before signing on the dotted line. Though this place is great, the management spoils the location.
This is only my opinion; you have to make your own judgments. Do not rely on my post to make your decision, investigate. Most people here are friendly, walk around and ask people whom currently live here, what their take on the property is. Good Luck.

100% agree. We were told we would get $100 off our rent (pro-rated out over our lease) by signing that day. We signed and then suddenly on our move in date they claimed "they actually weren't running that special anymore". BS. Rent is already way too high.

I agree as well, they have the worst reputation in westchase for being dishonest and unprofessional-there is new management but nothing has changed. Many people are moving because of teh staff.
