I moved here cause I had 1 day to find an apartment since my company moved me to Tampa. The place looks so nice when they show it to you and they seem so nice and caring. That can't be farther from the truth.
1st-the parking is a nightmare and the residents park on the sidewalks up to the stairwell instead of parking 30 feet away. The office doesn't care and will not do anything about it.
2nd-you hear your neighbors upstairs all day and night long. You also hear the kids in the stairwell inside your apartment at 10-11 at night.
3rd-maintenance does not do a great job fixing things.
4th-the office says they will take care of what you ask and they never do. A delopidated van with primer, a flat tire, and no tags was parked in a space unmoved for months. Never moved. I told the office since I am parking in the street (unlike my inconsiderate neighbors i did not park on the sidewalk up to the stairs), this unregistered broken down car needs to be moved or towed. they said they would put a sticker on it and have it towed after 24 hours. The girl, ------- or ----- (don't remember her name), from the office said she has seen it there and has "been meaning to do something about it". She did nothing, no sticker or anything after 1 week. I called back in and said it needs to be done. Finally it was tagged but the office waited another week and change before they got off their lazy butt to get it towed. It was just too much work.
I also complained about peoeple parking on the sidewalk and they said they would put up a sign and have it done by the end of the week. 3 weeks go by and nothing. So I call in again asking when it would be done. I got called back and told that it would be done the next day. 1 Week goes by and nothing. I call in to find out why I was being lied to and they said plain and simply that they have better things to do and are too busy to put the sign up because it takes more than 2 months to schedule and do a 2 mintue job because they are having mold issues in a few apartments and a broken compressor and a water pipe break. And they insist they never lied.
They are rude and incourteous people who just scam residents out of their money. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
