I have been a resident in this community for 2 years and would never move. The quality of the home is great, it's a safe neighborhood, and it's right accross the steet from the best elementary school in the county. I am a Manager at a competitor property and wouldn't move to the property I manage even though they offer me a free apartment.
There is no other community in Tampa like West Park. I can walk to restaurants, starbucks and bars without even having to worry about moving my car. I've never heard my neighbors through the walls of my townhome, all the people on my block are really cool and i've never seen a bug in my home the whole time i've been here.
I was blown away that there were so many negative reviews for this property. Hopefully the new management will resolve any previous issues that some people have experience. But in my personal experience I've been nothing but happy as a clam in the sand!

They recently are under a new property manager (Jill I think) and she is equally as bad as anyone in the past. I actually think the management has gotten worse since the new property manager took over!!!

I've lived here for over 5 years and agree, the location is very convenient. (Visit Ave Cellars for a glass of wine and relaxation). Staff has always been polite - but can never seem to get things done in a timely manner. Repeated requests for assistance are the norm.
