Place is great...the staff is the only problem. We have had a lot of fun living here. The neighbors are young professionals, and most everyone is easy to deal with. Parking is plentiful, place is pretty secure and well kept.

The experience with the staff, except for two, has been exacerbating. The buildings have just been painted, and all the third floor screens on our street have been destroyed. We put in a request for new screens three weeks ago; the screens remain untouched and damaged. The staff really is an issue. I do not know the new manager, but I have noticed a definite decline in service since late Feb to early March. I would be very reluctant to recommend this place to anyone. I really think they need to scrap the staff (except for two) and start over.

I couldnt agree with you more, the management is awful West Park village has such a bad reputation for their management-I never reccomend thsi place and know many people that have moved b/c of the staff.
