The first day I moved here I was like this place is so beautiful and its in a great neighborhood, but once you move in its a completely different story. The people who lived in my appt. before my husband and I, spackled some holes they made but the maintenance didn't even sandpaper the holes down they PAINTED right over them!!! The place was filthy!!! The second bathroom was disgusting it was a disgrace! The carpets looked so used and in the second bedroom a previous renter's dog chewed the wall and they didn't even fix it. I can't wait until my lease is up because I would rather move from this "so called nice neighborhood"!! Also, people speed down the roads. one of my neighbors was evicted from two other appt. and they still let him move in. They will lie and tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to move in , but it's all lies once you move in. The staff are miserable people and so rude. The new management is awful!! They want you to pay to go to the pool and its closed all the time!!! and don't expect to get a maintenance to come over and fix things because it will take at least a week. I could go on and on , but all my I am saying is I can't wait to leave!!!!

Yeah, they do not give receipts I had to have them make a copy of my check and date and sign the copy each month when i lived there and paid my rent. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...

You could not be more right. I am turning my keys in tomorrow and it could not be sooner. Maintenance is a joke, parking ia bad and people park on the sidewalks and the office does not care. ---- (I think is her name - the new property manager) is one of the worst. She lies as do all of the workers. I asked for my last month's rent amoutn and the girl was sooo lazy she would not go to my file and told me a price. I instructed her to do her job and she pulled my file and told me another different number. Then I requested a receipt for my rent and she refused. She said they need to post the check BEFORe giving me a receipt. I said that is wrong and I will put a stop payment on the check till I get a receipt. She said I could but that my rent would be considered late. Then I said you do not go to publix and pay for food with a check and have your receipt held until they post the check...then the ------ girl said "I do not know what Publix does". I mean how ------ and wrong can you be. Stay far far away from this crap hole!

This place is a piece of crap. I dropped my rent check off on the 2nd (which they don't consider late until after the 3rd) and I got a letter in the middle of the month stating that my rent was past due and that I owed them it on top of an additional $100. I was ticked!! Where did my check go that they have you drop in a box???? I had to pay to stop the check because they couldn't seem to find it and then they said if it happened again, it is my fault. They won't let you put your rent in envelopes, so you are just throwing a check in a hole that any thief could get the checks out of. ---- STAFF!!!!

The reason you are not supposed to put envelopes in the rent drop slot is so they don't get stuck then your check is sitting at the top of the box and someone can take them. If they are put in without an envelope they will fall to the bottom and no one can get their arm in to take them out. Now who is the ---- one!!!
