I just happened to stumble along this website "Apartment Ratings", while searching the net for SOMEONE I can contact in order to file a Complaint against West Park Village Apartments!!! After I read through ALL of these complaints, I KNEW it wanst just us!! Every single one of the complaints listed here about this ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE-MIS-MANAGED apartment complex (The Property Management name is Bridge Realty-Located somewhere in North Florida)sounds all too familiar! I have experienced the same issues with the absolute RUDEST, INCOMPETENT, UNPROFESSIONAL office staff-the worst one being the actual Property ------- ----! The Queen ----- sets a bad example and the rest of the pack of ---------s just follows right behind! And trust me...you will get NO WHERE fast if you even attempt to contact the actual property management office to speak to the "Property Management Regional -------" ------------- is absolutely WORTHLESS!
I have contacted the Florida Div. of Consumer Services and am awaiting a call back! I urge any and all of you out there experiencing these same issues with the ----'s up at the Office do the same! Otherwise they will continue on doing whatever they want without regard to the actual property owner's wishes or knowledge since no one seems to know Who actually owns this property! I agree the staff is HORRIBLE! i also contacted Bridge Realty and got no response back. My roommate and I wanted to end our lease so we gave the proper 2 months notice and filed out the paperwork, however the employee helping us didnt file the paperwork so they had no record of us giving them notice to end the lease! so they basically accused us of making up the whole story and made us pay an additional months rent because the employee couldnt do her job and the ------- was sure that her precious employee could do no wrong! I've never been so angry before and so mistreated I loved living there but will never go back because of the staff!!!

Thanks for the response Veronica5612! What's sad is I didnt even need to finish reading your story to know how it was going to end. They are infamous for pulling the "Dumb Act"-Like my daddy always told me-ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING & ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT! Otherwise it's your word against their's and these people are obviously willing to LIE for each other, which is well documented on this site.Even if it means they could potentially be putting families out on the street. The SADDEST part of all is I know for a FACT they ALL know about this site and the obscene number of complaints they have about them on here-But they DO NOT care! I mean they really don't! They have violated AT LEAST 4 seperate Florida Tenant/Landlord Laws & Statutues in our situation alone and they know it..Yet again..they DO NOT care! They have the time, means and willingness to go to court, whereas most of us regular people-who are just trying to get by on a daily basis and survive...do not. So they will continue to push the envelope until someone or some entity puts a stop to it. They are by all definitions of the word-BULLIES!I am a firm believer in "What goes around comes around" and I try to take comfort in that. I wish you the best of luck in your new place.. ;-)
