I lived at West Park Village for about a year and really had no problems or complaints(except for parking, parking SUCKED all the time) except for when my roommate and I wanted to end our lease. We went into the office to end our lease, filled out the proper paperwork and thought everything was fine...well, the employee didn't file our paperwork and so they had no record of us ending our lease and so we had to pay an additional month's rent because of the employee's error and they were basically calling us liars and accused us of making up the whole story!!! they didn't take ANY responsibility for them losing the paperwork or not doing their job they just blamed us and said they had no recollection whatsoever of us coming in there... I was so angry and dismayed with the situation i will NEVER live there again and its a shame because it's really a beautiful apartment. Bottom line: STAFF SUCKS(not all of the staff, just one in particular) It's a shame that the management cares more about one stupid employee (who can't even do her job) then they do about their tenants who pay WAY too much for rent!!!!!!!!
