Cheap Apartments

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
lived there for 1 1/2 yrs. Cheaply made, you
can hear everything. Poor insulation,
you electric bill will be high. The security gates are a joke, they don't keep people out.
Too many military, they are moving in and out all the time. Management is ok, they try,but only alittle
