Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1997
It is right near the military base so the traffic is bad in the morning. I actually saw this place on COPS once. I lived here for a year and only had 1 issue which they took care of right away. People drank openly in the parking lot. Some stole my husband's underwear out of the community dryer. There were always cops there for knife fights and unruly kids. The gate was never shut and homeless people picked through the trash. The last night I lived there 9 cars were broken into in one night. The apartment was also very very small.
