Lazy,Lazy,Lazy,Lazy.To busy to help anyone.Office hours vary greatly 50/50 chance.They give you a move-in sheet,but don't expect those things to get repaired.The two maintenance workers that ride together all day,they do a great job inspecting cracks in the pavement.The other maintenance guy is to busy looking busy.Pest Control doesn't seem to notice that there is a cockroach infestation.The Racketball Area looks like it was pulled out of the dump.So before you decide to move here.Look at the trees rubbing up against the buildings and the ones that look like they are ready to fall,check the Racketball Area,check the Laundry Facilities,check the Retention Ponds,will your kid be safe'Look at how far you will be from the only one Trash Compactor they have,look at multible apartments, ask your Agent to show you Property.Always REMEMBER Their only Interst IS YOU SIGNING THE LEASE,It's a BUSSINESS!!!If any suspicions,Walk Away.Their first step is to make you feel like apartments are going fast,so they want your money and signiture in 24hrs,after paper-work information goes through,I fell for that,to find out there was many,many empty apartments.They will say"oh that is the process of getting done.Take your list of concerns and stop a resident walking by or checking mail,someone walking dog and you will be surprized at what they have to say.So I ask,Do you think you can live with COCKROACHES'

this is clearly that creepy red head maintenance guy who was fired, he stopped me on property while I was walking my dog and told me verbatim this exact stuff.

That maintenance guy was rehired and all new managment and staff was brought in so feel free to go there and look around. Its a great place to live.
