I've been living in these apartments since 08. I moved in because of it's locaion to Macdill AFB. It has been ok. Maint guys are usually quick. The staff was very average until they hired Miss Dykes. Her inviting personality and genuine care for your situation actually make it worth calling the office now. Customer service skills are amazing. It's nice to live somewhere when the staff goes out of the way to help!!!!!!!!

Desiriee only helps the Black People..She is terrible with the others.Her attitude sucks. If you are BLACK she might help you.

I'm a long time resident who happens to be white. I'm not sure how long you have lived here but I prefer to talk to Desi over some of the others who have come through here. And if you want to talk attitude, try talking to Sandy. That'll really piss you off.

We follow all Fair Housing Rules and Regulations and treat everyone the same no matter what age, race,nationality, sex or sexual preferrence they may have. Desi, Vandy, Mrs. Dykes and the maintenance staff all work together as a team and treat everyone the same.
