First, I want to say that the manager PROMISES new carpet, paint, replacement of cabinets that are FALLING APART & OFF THE WALLS. And then gives us a date for the job to get done. THEN A NEW MANAGER APPEARS & SHE/HE, (THIS HAS HAPPENED AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR SINCE I MOVED INTO THIS HELL HOLE), HAS THE GALL TO SAY,(when you can find a manager), THAT THE OWNER DIDN"T "AUTHORIZE" it. This stinks to have to start over and over again with each new manager, ALL professing they knew nothing about the condition of our apartment. Rusty refrigerator is original from 1995. Our bathroom sink needs replacement due to rust, moldy handles, and chipping in the basin.

Second, this place should be turned into a BORED OLD FOLKS HOME FOR THE ENTITLED, SOUR & DEMENTED RACIST. The neighbors have nothing better to do than to discriminate against anybody they don't like, --- and ----- People included. God forbid, you should have a dinner party and invite your friends and family your neighbors will pick them apart and voice their unwanted opinions to anybody who will listen. This is GOSSIP CENTRAL, at the very LEAST. No, you won't get ANYTHING resembling RESPECT from them. The management states that they can't do anything about them. NO PETS are allowed. There are cats in just about EVERY apartment here.
Third, the homeless are constantly sleeping in the hallways. They have even knocked on MY DOOR looking for a handout. The parking lot lights are constantly out. It' an unsafe, horrible place to live. The only reason I am writing about it now is because I don't have to worry about any of these terrible conditions and possible retaliation's since I moved out recently. GOOD RIDDENCE!.

This Is nuts, The Manager has been the same one for 8 years and is great. This is totally false and sounds like someone who got in trouble for something and is making up lies.. This person was prob asked to move -out. I am speaking out because it's not right for people to write things that are just not true.
