Declining Security, High TurnOver, and Rapidly Changing Management

Moved there early this year. Management changed three times. The last of which is dishonest and rude.
Substandard security gates resulting in strangers pooring in and . . . several roberies and car jacks. Ask for the log book from property management. They are obligated to keep one and reveal it.
Conveniently located . . . think twice before you decide to sign the lease.

This is Tampa, if you want to avoid crime, move. Tampa is one of the mostly vastly populated city. You should have done some research before moving here, did you know Tampa is the 9th most dangerous city in the world? Westwood Reserve did not create these problems, society did. I have had my fair share of compliant here, believe me, but they are not so bad, I have lived in worse. And again, you take what you can get here, lets put the blame on the idiots breaking into apartments and cars and off the complex. They are not the police and it states in your lease that you have to protect yourself, the gates are only a deturant.
