I have lived here for one year and have regreted it since the tour.
When we toured the facility it looked great. We had a new guide so we didnt think much about her knowledge of the place. When we heard the price we thought we got a great deal....we were wrong...very wrong.
Upon moving in we have encountered the following problems.
*We were told we had a apartment by the leasing area, but when we moved in we were at other end of the complex.
*My car was keyed on the front/back along with several others infront of my building.
*Every weekend the trash area gets piled up so bad that you can't even walk to the compactor.
*People play their music at 3am on weeknights. (When you complain, nothing happens)
*Kids are ALWAYS unattended at the pool.
*The community is "gated", but the gates never work. (When they are broken they do not fix them)
*When you do have maintance requests they do not come and fix them.
*The office staff is very rude and not willing to help.
These are just a few of the problems that come to mind to me at this time.
All in all I wouldnt sign a lease here again even as a last resort. I would rather live with the bums under the bridges!
