Heres an accurate and true description of my time here. I might resign a lease, because no apartment is perfect. This place is better than my last place, but still not perfect, but better than most.

I see a few reviews here that I find amusing. People either complaining (pissed off people) or super praising (employees).

Heres the bottom line. All in all, as long as you give them your money on time, they will generally leave you alone. But beware if you decide to get in a pissing contest with them because they will win. They always do. Dont be fooled into thinking the "office staff" are your friends. They are in a business and have NO problem making sure you know that. Don’t expect apartment living to be a bowl of cherries. They aren’t going to do you any favors. Milk the hell out of them when you move in, ( I got two free months of rent), and expect hassle if you try to move to a bigger apartment, or anything generally that costs them money. That’s how it goes… welcome to apartment living.

Con’s
1. Maintenance takes their time fixing things
2. Bad design floods bottom floor porches during rain. Who the heck designs landscaping so that it slopes DOWN towards a porch? I mean geez, com'on...
3. They have all these cute little charges for things. Lost a gate card? Fork over $50 please! I KNOW these cards dont cost $50. In fact they cost $5.34. I know this because I've programmed and bought these cards elsewhere.
4. Gate is broken most of the time. Making aforementioned $50 gate card………useless.
5. When the gate isn’t broken, just wait a minute for someone else to go in and piggy back in. Making the aforementioned gate $50 card not needed
6. Pool is full of screaming “racially diverse” kids
7. Lots of water, lots of mosquitoes.

Pro’s
1.Gym is nice. Good well maintained equipment.
2. Plenty of parking
3. Nice gazebo near my front door right that’s right on the water. It has a picnic area. I like that.
4. Office staff is courteous.
5. They handle all my packages nicely, and generally they do not screw them up.
6. When maintenance does show up, the do their work quickly.
7. While the walls are nice and soundproofed, no amount of soundproofing will help the freaking herd of elephants that jumps around above us. Get a 3rd floor apt if that bothers you.
8. aside from a couple of white trash people, and a few ahem… people of low class. The residents are generally pretty good quality people. The rent is higher than a lot of places, so you tend to be priced out of having low end people.

Great review, the pros and cons really helped

While your list of advantages and disadvantages was helpful, I am having trouble understanding why you felt the need to describe the screaming kids as "racially diverse". I think the fact that they scream and it is bothersome would have been sufficient. Your poorly concealed bigotry was unnecessary.
