I lived there for 15 months, It was horrible to deal with management and maintance, I was sleeping one day some walked in, relizing that I was there and left then left my door unlocked when it was locked to begin with!!! Had a mold Problem that they never came to look at and fix it.
Patio floods . then they try to make you pay for carpet that they replace when you leave and state that you had pet stains even though you never owned a pet!!! Sounds Fishy to me!!! I would never ever tell anyone to live there it is HORRIBLE. and Pricey. They probably wanted me to pay for the carpet because I didnt have a deposit. so they made something up. If you do have a pet it is only 400.00 for a pet deposit!!! not 800.00 to replace the carpet!!! then of course you have to pay them or they will sue you and make your Great credit turn Bad.. Very Dishonest, and unrespectful.
I hope they go out of business.
