GANGS ROAM PARKING LOT

There are gangs of teenagers roaming the parking lots at all hours of the day and night. The on site deputy does nothing about it, even when you complain. The management does nothing about the vandalism and break-ins. This is a horrible place to live mostly due to the horrible management team that runs the place. The maintenance crew is incompetent and cannot get anything fixed properly. They will gauge you when you leave and find an excuse to keep your deposit, don't believe that you will be getting it back. They have no intension of letting that money go. Most of the people that I have spoken to actually got charged extra money when then left, mostly so that they would not complain about not getting back their deposit. This is a dishonest management group.

They are not gang members...they are young black men that live here and chose to walk to work and school since they cant afford to live here and drive a new car you ignorant bastard. If you would stop to talk to your neighbors you would know that. Move to Moon Lake if you dont want to see black guys walking in front of your window.
