Just moved out...lived at this place for four years...Yes, it is big considering other places...however because of this it has turned into the place "anyone" looks for in Hillsborough County...And anyoneâ..Can affordâ.specially if you have two families in one unit.
Yes, they have TWO properties not three...Yes, they have a revolving door when it comes to the staff â..During my time alone 6(six) different mangers SIX!!!!
Since houses in the area are almost untouchable and most places are turning â?Condoâ apartments for lease are few and far apart!!!!
So now the rift raft bunches up to live in what use to be nice place and people such as myself and others have had to move out because it has become very much like public housing (section 8)â.with the illusion of safety....Yes, illusion because having a gate does not mean a thingââwhen two and three cars can get in at a time. Good luck to whom ever tries to move in and have a little peace and quiet when you come home.
