All apartments have their ups and downs. I have lived in several different apartment complexes and in different cities. WESTWOOD RESERVE is a nice place to live. The apartments are among the largest we have found. There are snakes and bugs and all sorts of critters around the premises but we live in Florida. What would anyone expect' So if you don't like snakes and bugs and what have you move to another state with seasons. My hat goes off to "ALL THE STAFF." They work very hard to keep us, The Residents happy. I have never had staff at any other apartment complex do what these girls do. They will bind over backwards for us. Most apartments once you have signed their contract, get out, don't call us, and don't bother us. THE MANAGER here is a unique people person. She is absolutely wonderful as with the others. The manager is always happy, cheerful and just easy going. HAVE I HAD ANY PROBLEMS' Yes! We are people and we don't always agree with each other. But we set down and discuss the situation and work through them. These people are here to help us not hurt us. THE MAINTANCE men are great. They are Johnny on the Spot. They do not let the grass grow under their feet. So if there is a need to call and have something fixed, don't worry, it will be done quickly! STOLLEN PROPERTY has been an issue. But then again we live in a city. The management has and is trying to make Westwood Reserve a safer place to live. GATE! Every place I have lived has had problems with the gates not working and in some cases if we taught our kids to respect personnel property the gates wouldn't be broken. So you decide. Would you want to live in WESTWOOD RESERVE' I would I love it here and I have just signed a new lease. ENJOY!
