What they neglect to inform renters is that their car is subject to frequent break ins, and their stereo will be stolen!! This has happened to me TWICE.
It's the norm to wake up to tinted windows on the ground, TPD on the scene and people wondering where their car stereos are.
What is Wexford's response.... We're not liable for your personal property!!! EXCUSE ME! Well, next time we should pay our rent $150 short, for the unexpected amount to get our windows fixed.
Did I mention we have security :)
