ROACH MOTEL! Displaced Project Rejects

In all the apartments I've lived in and for these to be knew apartments; they have a huge roach problem. When you first move in they tell you that pest control come every Wednesday, then it went to "you have to call when you want your apt sprayed". Now, you have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get sprayed because either they tell you Orkin didn't come that week or they forget to put your name on the list.
In addition to the roaches, they are letting any and everybody move into the apartments. I have the most ghetto neighbors that I think they are displaced project rejects. They are rude, loud, and disturbing.
