When i first moved here the staff was soooo nice and helpful. Then it all changed. The staff is very rude, and the maintenance staff is worse. They hate to be called out for anything, and they have left me nasty notes inside after half-a** fixing something. I got a tow notice on my car because they overlooked my parking decal, but they stuck the notice right next to it. They just started a new policy where if you pay your rent late more then twice they will not renew your lease, and they give you 30 days notice to be out. (not an eviction as long as you pay that last mth rent!!) The complex was bulit very cheap and the noise carries. I live on the third floor and i always get noise complaints...some when im not even there. The gate rarely works and security is always at the gas station across the street. They harras the tennants for being outside after dark, but allow 20 cars to be broken into in one night alone! There is severe roach problems, and they tell you that pest ocntrol comes out weekley, but dont tell you you must request it and then it will take a few weeks. This place is horrible.

I agree i use to stay there with my mom and when we first moved we were dealing with a verynice lady but she moved back to texas.but the prpoerty manager is very racist i heard her say racist remarks to a section 8 worker. Not only that we found a rat in our apartment,spiders,and the roaches are ridiculous.These apartments are very cheap and about the lease it is a joke if you were more than two times late on your rent one day or not they will tell you they will not renew your lease and you have 30 days to get out. They are jus really unprofessional and the property manager has a racist issue AND REFUSE TO GET OFF HER BEHIND AND DO HER JOB.NOT ONLY THAT I HAD MY CAR BROKEN INTO ONCE AND THE DUDE WAS CAUGHT TRIED TO PRESS CHARGES BUT COP WHO CAUGHT HIM NEVER SHOWED UP SO HE GOT OFF FREE.

I can relate when I stayed out there it had gotten soo bad to where they had to hire 24hr patrol. At nogh when I would go pick my brother from work the cps guy in his security car would flash his light right in my face and say"ma'am be careful we had alot of complaints out here about crimes that have been going on", or if i would walk out side to the bottom of the stairs they would try to make you go in the house. \"Talk about crime(s) it felt like i was staying in brooklyn newyork."
