I FEEL THAT WEXFORD IS PRETTY NICE I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE 2004 IN A 3BDRM 2 BATH AND I LOVE IT HERE. IN THE PAST YES CARS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO BUT THEY NOW HAVE THAT WAY UNDER CONTROL. ROACHES HERE HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM BUT U MUST STAY ON TOP AND KEEP YOUR SPACE CLEAN AS WELL AS TAKE YOUR TRASH OUT DAILY. THE MANAGEMENT HERE WILL DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE TENANTS HAPPY. THE PROPERTY IS WELL KEPT UP AND THEY TRY HAVING MONTHLY ACTIVITIES FOR THE KIDS HERE. OVERALL I GIVE THEM A 9 OUT OF 10.

Ive noticed everytime someone posts a bad comment, there is good one. Makes me say Hmmmm.. Wexford apartments are GROSS, and GHETTO. and Im sure one day they will be projects. They told me i used too much water, yet they have sprinklers on ALL day. They maintenence men are Crap. The place is filled with roaches and silver fish. There a bad little kids running around with no parents. The play areas are filled with trash,dirty condoms, syrenges. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
