I am a faithful resident of Wexford apartment homes and I love it here!! I have been here since day one going on almost 5 years! That alone should let all inquiring residents know its a great place to be. Honestly words cant describe this place. The quality of living is exceptional, customer service and management is wonderful, maintenance and CPS is timely and very responsible. It makes you feel like your not just in an apartment your at home. They are very meticulous about how there property looks and the well being of the residents. Landscaping is done bi-weekly, the pool cleaned weekly, and the office has an open door like policy. Any problems and I mean ANY PROBLEMS at all and you can talk to them and they are their for you. How others can say they are racist is repulsive! Me being black myself I have never seen more love and compassion from an apartment manager and staff. Now they cant do EVERYTHING for you but they will try to the best of their ability for your situation. When you lease any apt you must enter a contract. I read on a prior response a resident is mad b/c their keeping their deposit. Unfortunately that is what is stated in the contract and you must abide by that. But also in that contract tells you if you do what is asked they will also put a percentage of your rent for the duration of lease toward a down payment on a home. That is BIG! As far as pest go, the only roach problems you have are if they were brought in with you. In any event with pests as long as you keep you home clean and have pest control spray occasionally (provided by the apts) there can no longer be any infestations. For any apt complex your neighbors are not guaranteed to be great, not everyone gets along, and there are children/pre-teens that reside here also. But even though kids mess up, break stuff , and are mischievous by age the apts fix everything. Any trash left out, things broken, etc. All to keep a lovely environment. They do so much upkeep yet don't raise the rent. To keep down confrontation they hired a 24hour protection service to serve its residents. So there is no need to be mad at your neighbors, they will take care of it for you. In conclusion don't believe all the negative hype this is a wonderful place that 9 of 10 of my friends want to be. For all that are posting negative comments there was something that they liked and drew them to live here, but don't let 1 bad run in speak for your entire great experience here. I wouldn't rather be anywhere else!
