Not worth the money, poor maintenance and upkeep

I've lived here for 3 years now and can't wait to get out.

The only reason I haven't moved before is because of the expense of moving.

If you are single, you would probably do well in a place like this, but as far as having a family and living here, it's awful.

Too many noisy students.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything.

They don't take care of the backyards like they say they will.

Our front has never been raked.

They expect US to do that.

SO what do we pay rent for'' They are supposed to do all outdoor maintenance.

I happen to live near a maintenance guy and he spends most of his time at his house, not out working on the apartments.

Funny how they are too busy to fix things right away here.

Anyway, if you don't mind doing your own yardwork and don't mind noise, this is a great place for you!!Oh, and expect at least $30 rent increases each year.
