Forget about scheduling time for repairs.

I guess if you don't work and never leave the house this could be ok.

The area is nice, just needs a professional team of managers. The property has loads of potential.

If you have dogs and need a place to live, it's your answer.

Demand to see the unit before you move in, because the "fix it" form that you fill out at the beginning is a total sham.
