I am writing this after reading some of the comments, I have lived here at Wildwood Acres for the past 7 years. The office staff goes out of there way to make everyone feel at home.
Maintenence has always come to fix and repair our problem in a very timely manner. If a part had to be ordered in order to do the repair they let us know when they would be coming back. I have never seen a complex work as hard as they did during all of the hurricanes. All of the maintenence people were on site along with Sara and Kathy from the office. We saw them on numerous occasions making sure everything was okay during the storms.
I and my family really feel at home and I hope we have many more years here. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

It's funny to me that this review reads like a leasing brochure. It's also funny to me that the vast majority of it is pure fiction. The office staff, with the exception of OJ are a bunch of rude unpleasant people who show a maked lack of concern to any residents problems. I personally recieved a letter that was a thinly veiled threat of eviction when these idiots misplaced my check for rent. When I confronted them about it they claimed that I hadn't put my address on it. Well, lookie lookie, I get to view my canceled check and it has my address on it. These people are liars and morons at best, complete frauds and theves at worst. I won't let the door hit me in the butt when I leave.
