I cannot say enough bad things about Wildwood Acres. Management is back woods, white trash, unprofessional, uneducated, rude and manipulative. The maintenance staff could care less if they track mud/dirt/sand into your apartment, much less fix the problem. The apartments are old and filthy. Pest control is inconsistent. The appliances are old and defective thus causing enormous power bills. I am counting the days until my lease is up. Save yourself major headaches and stay away from Wildwood.
