After a search on the internet, I found this website....my fiancee and I have had our eyes on these apartments for months now- they looked and sounded wonderful BEFORE reading all of your reviews...forget that....I think we will stay put in our apartment complex as, in the past, we have also lived in an apartment complex that was run by horrible SLOBS....huh,hum Sun Pointe Lake....Thanks again...Melanie P.S. as for Wildwood, I'm giving you a 1 rating :)

You know, it is not fair to rate a place unless you have been there and have first hand experience. It seems to me that what some renters expect is not reality. Since when do you move into a rental property without cleaning it up yourself? I found our villa clean, but also put my own touches to it. You can sit and expect to be waited on, but don't sit long. Get up and take care of yourself.
