As with most of people who have reviewed this complex, I don't recommend it.

I have lived here for two years and fortunately, we are moving out on October 28th!!! The repairs that were made were minimal.

Basically they "patched" problems rather than actually repaired or made improvements.

Yeah, you do get a yard, but I have yet to see one that has a grassy backyard! Ours and my neighbors around me have weeds and sand.

And don't ask them to trim branchs, even ones that that are hanging over onto the rooves.

They will reply "the owner likes trees." After reading some of the other reviews I'm nervous about how my final month will turn out!!
