Wildwood Acre

 

I am currently living in Wildwood Acres and am entrenched in a legal battle because they would not clean the mold in my apartment.

When i first told management about the mold, they said it was my responsiblity to clean it with bleach water.

The mold covered the A/C unit and pipe fixtures.

The only time management did anything about it was when i enformed the Code Enforcement of Hillsborough.

Then the property manager Sara Salyers yelled at me for calling the county and informing them of what happened.

I have lived here for 3 years and this is definitely the last one.

The management is incompetant, unprofessional, and nasty.

Maintenance is just as incompetant as the people who employ them.

There maybe one or two employees that actually do their job, but that's it.

To all potential prospects looking to move into wildwood, I beg of you "Don't think about it", it's not worth the front and back yard.

The apartments are old, and the complex fixes your problems half-assed.

If you need a new AC, forget about it, it will take months before they do anything about it, making your electric bill extremely high.

Please avoid this painful mistake that I have made.

Ooh and not to mention, a sexual offender lives in the complex too, and his house is extremely close to the school childrens bus stop.

One last point, once you have moved out, they will try their hardest to charge you an arm and a leg because of normal wear and tear.

I know a girl who was charged $900 for crap that they are supposed to do once tenants move out.

I hate this place!!!
